Purchased Gift Subscription but wasnt sent to me
Yesterday morning, I purchased a gift subscription to Books a Trillion for my daughter. I received an email saying that I would soon receive an email with instructions on how to send it to the recipient but I still have not received it and I cannot get a response from their help center.
I have contacted them numerous times and still haven't been able to pass the gift on.
It has now been almost a week. I cannot get a response or refund.

I keep getting an error message when I try to email a book to myself, something I have always done from their site and suddenly can not do. I have messaged them 3 times now and still nothing
Same!! I messaged them once with no response.
